Premsal
White wine made from the native variety Premsal 100%. It expresses fruity aromas with creamy notes resulting from its fermentation with skin and its aging in French oak barrels.
Giro
White wine made with the Giró variety and Malvasia from Banyalbufar. Golden yellow in color, clean and bright. It presents aromas of fresh tropical fruit, such as pineapple and mango, with citrus notes.
Malvasia
White wine made with the native variety Malvasía de Banyalbufar (planted in ConselI), which respects the characteristics of the variety. A clear, pale yellow wine with a greenish rim. It may present precipitation as it is not stabilized and only a light filtering is carried out.
Manto negro
Red wine made only with the native variety Manto Negro. Medium-light cherry color with steely rim. It presents notes of red fruit, vanilla, cocoa and nuts. In the mouth it is pleasant and enveloping, with soft tannins, a reflection of the Mediterranean character.
Callet
Red wine made only with the native variety Callet. Light cherry red in color with a violet rim. With notes of red and wild fruits, the result of careful fermentation with whole grapes. In the mouth it reflects a subtle and pleasant character, with a predominance of fruit notes and a short and pleasant finish that invites to drink.
Escursac
Red wine made with the native variety Escursac and a contribution of callet and syrah. Light layer with cherry red color and purple trim, medium layer and very bright. With notes of red fruits and autumn fruits, accompanied by aromas of lilac flowers and sweet notes of candied cherry. On the other side are notes of candied forest fruit candies and sweet clouds.

Rosat
Rosé wine made from Syrah, Merlot, Callet and Manto Negro. Onion skin color with violet hues. Pale. In the mouth it is pleasant, sweet, intense and enveloping.
Cabernet
Red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium-light robe with a cherry-red cherry color and grayish tones on the rim. The palate is friendly, elegant, velvety and balanced.
