Our vineyards
The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Consejo and Santa Maria del Camí, in the center of Mallorca. The vines are planted in a soil with a clay loam texture and good drainage capacity, with boulders, gravel and pebbles. Between the rows of vines, ground cover is planted in random rows, respecting the native vegetation, in order to improve the nutrition and texture of the soil, as well as its microbiological activity.
The nearly 10 hectares of vines, of own production, are cultivated in organic farming. The varieties grown are Premsal, Giró, Malvasia, Callet, Manto negro and Escursac.
The grapes are harvested by hand, in 10 kg boxes, carefully selecting the best bunches in the field.
