Rodamon
The family olive trees from which the oil is obtained are located in the municipality of Consejo. These were planted in 2004 and the varieties accepted in the D.O. Oil of Mallorca are available: arbequina and picual. They are cultivated in ecological agriculture and with permanent vegetal cover. Harvesting takes place at the beginning of November, when the olives begin to change color, to obtain a fruity oil.
The plot of olive trees where our olives are obtained was planted in 2004 in the estate known as s’Olivar Espés. It is located in the municipality of Consell, in a clayey and stony soil, of alluvial origin and high depth that favors the correct development of the trees.
